This Mercedes GLA in Mountain Grey came into the workshop in Paisley, fresh from delivery, for my New Car Ceramic Coating Detail.
The paint condition on arrival — aside from some light dealership prep marring, the paint was in excellent factory condition.
Pre-Coating Preparation
Before coating, the GLA went through a full decontamination wash / snow foam, contact wash, iron fallout remover, clay bar, etc to remove any contamination from transport and dealership handling, ensuring the coating would bond properly to clean, prepped paint.
Ceramic Coating Application
The Mountain Grey paintwork was protected with Carbon Collective Ceramic Coating, applied in 2 layers to deliver:

The GLA left the workshop fully protected from day one — ready to stay looking better than showroom condition for years to come, rather than just the first few months of ownership.
