By train: Paisley St James station is about a five-minute walk from the workshop, so you can drop your car off in the morning and get the train home.
By car: The workshop at Murray Business Park has easy access from the M8, making it a short drive from the West End, the South Side and the city centre.

Why Ceramic Coating Makes Sense in Glasgow
Glasgow is hard on paintwork. Regular rain leaves water spots and traffic film, winter gritting coats cars in road salt, and city driving means constant grime. A ceramic coating helps on all three fronts:

Ceramic protection doesn't have to stop at the paintwork. These can be added to any coating package:
- Alloy wheel coating (faces) – £80
- Alloy wheel coating (inside and faces) – £150. Wheels are removed so the inner barrels can be coated too, making brake dust far easier to clean off.
- Exterior glass coating – £50. Improves water beading and visibility in the rain.
- Interior protection (leather and fabric) – £60. Especially worthwhile on a new car.

Do you offer mobile ceramic coating in Glasgow?
No. All coating work is done in my Paisley workshop. A coating needs a clean, dry, controlled environment to be applied and cured properly, which you can't guarantee on a driveway in the west of Scotland.
Is it worth travelling from Glasgow?
Many of my customers come from Glasgow. It's one drop-off and one collection, and the train makes it easy to do without a second driver.
How long will you need my car?
An Exterior Protection Detail usually takes about a day. New car coatings and paint correction with coating normally take two to five days.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Feynlab V2 gives up to 2 years' protection, and the Carbon Collective system up to 5 years, with proper maintenance.
Does ceramic coating stop scratches and stone chips?
No coating makes paint scratch-proof. It resists chemical etching, UV and light wash marring, but it won't stop stone chips.
Is ceramic coating worth the money?
For most drivers who plan to keep their car for a few years, yes. It keeps the paint glossy, makes washing much easier and protects against our wet, salty winters. It’s only as good as the preparation underneath, though. I’ve written an honest guide: Is Ceramic Coating Worth It?
Should I take the dealer’s paint protection pack?
Not always. Dealer packs are often applied quickly at handover, with no machine polishing, so any marks on the paint get sealed in. Read more in Dealer Paint Protection vs Professional Ceramic Coating.
Is it worth coating a lease or PCP car?
It can be. You know exactly how long you’ll have the car, so you can match the coating to the agreement, and it helps reduce everyday wear before hand-back. See my guide on ceramic coating a lease car.
Do you ceramic coat electric cars?
