I've been detailing cars for nearly 20 years, working from my indoor workshop at Murray Business Park in Paisley, around 20 minutes from Port Glasgow. I do every job myself.

Full Detail Inside and Out
For family cars, commuter cars and anything that needs a reset, a full interior and exterior detail cleans the paint, wheels and glass, and deep cleans the seats, carpets and surfaces. Prices start from £190.
Exterior Detail with Protection
My exterior detail includes a snow foam wash, decontamination and a protective coating on the paint, from £200. It's a good step up if you want the car to stay cleaner for longer without a full ceramic coating.
Paint Enhancement
A single-stage machine polish that lifts light swirls and brings back the gloss, from £500. It often makes the biggest visible difference for the money. See paint enhancement.

Getting to Me from Port Glasgow
My workshop is at Unit 90A, Murray Business Park, Murray Street, Paisley PA3 1QT, around 20 minutes from Port Glasgow along the A8 and M8. I open at 7:30am, Monday to Friday. Paisley St James station is a few minutes' walk away and is on the Inverclyde line. Check the timetable, as not every train stops there.
I also look after cars from Greenock, Kilmacolm and across Inverclyde.

FAQ
Do I need a ceramic coating?
Not always. If you mainly want the car clean and fresh, a full detail may be all you need. A coating is worth it if you want the finish to last and washing to be easier.
What gives the biggest difference for the money?
On most cars with dull, swirled paint, a paint enhancement makes the most visible change. Adding protection afterwards keeps it looking that way.
Can you get rid of dog hair and kids' mess?
Yes. My interior deep clean deals with hair, crumbs, spills and marks on seats and carpets, and I can add fabric protection to make future spills easier to clean.
How long will my car be with you?
It depends on the work. A full detail is quicker than correction and coating, which usually take one to four days. I'll give you a clear timescale when you book.
