Paint Correction Before Coating
A coating locks in whatever finish is underneath it, so any swirls should come out first. I offer paint enhancement, minor and major paint correction, and I'll recommend the lightest one that does the job.
Extras
Wheels, glass and interior can be protected too. I also offer specialist matte paint protection and new car ceramic coating.
Getting to DMD from Darnley
My workshop is at Unit 90A, Murray Business Park, Murray Street, Paisley PA3 1QT, around 20 minutes from Darnley. I open at 7:30am, Monday to Friday, and Paisley St James train station is a few minutes' walk away if you need to get back.
I also look after cars from nearby Barrhead, Cardonald and the south side of Glasgow.

FAQ
What does "self-healing" mean?
The Carbon Collective top coat can recover from some very light surface marks, such as fine wash marring, with warmth. It won't repair deeper scratches or stone chips.
Is the five-year coating worth the extra?
If you're keeping the car for more than two or three years, usually yes. You get longer protection from one application rather than recoating later.
How do I know which coating my car needs?
Send me a few photos and tell me how long you're keeping the car and how you use it. I'll give you an honest recommendation, even if that means the cheaper option.
Do I need to do anything after the coating?
Wash with a pH-neutral shampoo, avoid brush car washes and remove bird droppings promptly. A maintenance detail every few months keeps it at its best.
