Linwood has a proud car history. The Hillman Imp was built here from 1963 until the plant closed in 1981. Cars are still being looked after properly just down the road, at my workshop at Murray Business Park in Paisley.
I'm David at DMD Car Detailing, and I've been detailing cars for nearly 20 years. For Linwood drivers, I'm only a few minutes away.

Ceramic Coating in Linwood
I apply Feynlab and Carbon Collective ceramic coatings by hand in my indoor workshop. Every coating starts with a full wash, decontamination and paint prep, so it locks in the best possible finish. Paint Correction
I remove swirls, wash marks and light scratches by machine polishing under proper inspection lighting. I offer three levels: Paint Enhancement, Minor Paint Correction and Major Paint Correction.
New Cars and Matte Paint
If you've just collected a new car, I can protect it from day one with a new car ceramic coating. Matte and satin finishes need different care, so I use dedicated matte paint protection.
Full Details and Interiors
For a complete refresh, I offer an interior deep clean and exterior detail, a standalone interior detail and leather cleaning.
Restoration and Specialist Work
I also restore headlights, detail classic cars and motorbike detailing.
Getting to Me from Linwood
My workshop is at Unit 90A, Murray Business Park, Murray Street, Paisley PA3 1QT, around 10 minutes' drive from Linwood.
I open at 7:30am, Monday to Friday, so it's easy to drop your car off first thing and collect it when it's ready. If you'd rather not get a lift, Paisley St James train station is a few minutes' walk from the workshop.
I also look after cars from neighbouring Johnstone, Elderslie and Kilbarchan.

Can you fix cloudy headlights?

How long does a ceramic coating take?
Most coatings take one to four days, depending on how much paint prep the car needs. I'll give you a clear timescale when you book.
