All bookings are made in good faith and we will honor them subject to prevailing weather conditions.
Whilst we cannot undertake any work in heavy rain I may be able to carry out some of my services if the rain is light and it is not excessively windy. Also it is not possible to work when the temperature is around freezing point as safety comes first.
Each service DMD Detailing provide a deposit is required to secure date and time of booking, if for any reason you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please get in contact as soon as possible as deposit is non refundable.
Final estimates are determined after a visual inspection of the vehicle. Any estimates given via phone or email are subject to change after visual inspection.

Condition Of Paintwork & Alloy Wheels
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me if the vehicle has had a paintwork repair or alloy wheel refurbishment. Depending on the process used these repairs may not be as durable as the original surface and may be damaged by our own products and processes. If we have not been informed of such repairs we will not be liable for any damage caused.
